Vortex launches Ranger HD 3000 rangefinding binocular
Vortex Optics has introduced the Ranger® HD 3000, a new 10x42 laser rangefinding binocular that combines premium HD optics with powerful rangefinding capabilities in a single, compact unit.
Designed to reduce gear loadout without sacrificing performance, the Ranger HD 3000 delivers a maximum reflective range of up to 3,000 yards, with effective ranging on game targets up to 1,500 yards. This makes it a practical choice for big game, predator and archery hunters operating in diverse field conditions.
Despite its integrated electronics, the unit retains a slim, ergonomic profile that keeps it unobtrusive and easy to handle in the field. Optical quality remains a priority, with the HD glass system engineered to deliver accurate color, sharp edge-to-edge clarity, and reliable light transmission in challenging environments.
According to Vortex, the new model is intended to streamline a hunter’s kit by replacing separate binoculars and rangefinders with one rugged, high-performance tool. The Ranger HD 3000 is now available at a minimum advertised price of $799.99 (MSRP: $1,199.99).
