Norica’s new PCP set to shine

Norica’s fresh Viriatus 2.0 BP features a shrouded barrel with a 1/2 UNF thread adaptor for an additional suppressor, as well as a 225 mm Picatinny rail for optic attachment. The air rifle comes with a two-stage adjustable trigger (200-400 gram), manual safety and sling swivel studs.

A bubble-level and cheek piece as well as European vaporized beech wood stock make this air rifle a serious contender in a highly competitive market.

“Our air pressure regulators make our PCP air rifles optimized for shooting performance, both for hunting and target,” says Josu Hernaltes of Norica. “Among the benefits we find a constant firing speed, which translates into greater precision of our PCP, achieving better groupings and greater autonomy by deposit.”

Key Norica Technologies

Air Pressure Regulator

Norica’s air pressure regulators ensures that its PCP air rifles have optimal shooting performance, both for hunting and target. Among the benefits are a constant firing speed, which translates into greater precision, achieving better groupings and greater autonomy by deposit.

Recoil Absorption System

Designed by the Norica R+D team this system integrates an elastomer dampener which reduces the endured impact by 40 per cent, providing a smoother firing cycle, increasing speed and improving the accuracy of the air rifle.

Gas Ram System barley

This technology consists in a pneumatic cylinder that is replacing the spring, enabling the shooter having more terminal velocity, less vibration, more consistent power, and a constant and smooth cocking effort.

German Steel Mainspring

High quality German steel mainspring is mounted on Norica’s springers, delivering top performance and long-lasting durability.

Solid Steel Breech

Norica builds its products to last and satisfy its valued customers, the company uses the best available steel to manufacture the breech of our air rifles.

Solid Steel Breech Pro

On selected GRS models an innovative re-design of the breech significantly reduces the cocking effort.

Fibre Optics Open Sights

Bright fibre optic wires guarantee quick-target acquisition under all light conditions. Front sights are often hit and broken this is why Norica uses steel to manufacture its front sight guards, providing a better protection than plastic ones.

Automatic Safety

Norica air rifles are equipped with an Automatic Safety system. Every time the gun is cocked the safety is activated. Release it by pushing the catch or the lever conveniently located in front of the trigger blade.

Adjustable trigger system

Norica Adjustable Trigger System (NATS) allows adjustment of first and second stage travel length as well as trigger pull weight. Get total control of your shot.

SilentShot Elite

Back-Draft technology takes the sound from the barrel into the suppressor and back down the out- side of the barrel. Extremely effective, even on spring powered guns.
