XS Sights has appointed Leaha Thomas as Commercial Sales Manager. In her new role, Thomas will oversee commercial sales strategy, grow aftermarket sales and manage the company’s customer solutions team.

Thomas previously served as Managing Partner at Bolt Strategies, LLC, where her clients included the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) and International Hunter Education Association (IHEA-USA). A U.S. Army veteran, she has also held sales and marketing roles with a variety of companies and organizations in the hunting and shooting industry.

“Leaha is detail oriented and has extensive experience and knowledge inside and outside of our industry,” said Zack Kinsley, Vice President of Business Development for XS Sights. “She is not only a great strategic thinker, she executes well and will be a strong addition to our team as we continue to grow.”

XS Sights has been producing firearm sights for more than 25 years. The company manufactures sights for pistols, rifles and shotguns, designed for both defensive use and hunting.
