Streamlight, Inc., the Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of high-performance lighting solutions, has expanded its popular Wedge series with the launch of the Wedge SL – an ultra-thin, USB-C rechargeable inspection light designed to offer pocketable power for both professionals and outdoor users.

Built for versatility and ease of use, the Wedge SL features a low-profile tail switch engineered for one-handed operation, offering both momentary and constant-on lighting modes. In High mode, the light produces 100 lumens, 300 candela, and a beam distance of 35 meters, while Low mode provides 50 lumens, 150 candela, and a 24-meter beam. Users can also activate THRO® mode with a three-second press to access a burst of 500 lumens for demanding tasks. The TEN-TAP® programmable switch allows for full customization of lighting modes to match individual needs.

The Wedge SL’s slim unibody frame is constructed from Type II MIL-Spec anodized aluminum and fitted with an unbreakable acrylic lens. Power comes from an integrated lithium polymer battery that recharges via USB-C, with a four-level LED battery indicator providing clear status updates. The light also includes a stainless-steel injection-molded pocket clip, multi-function tactile switch, and IPX4-rated water resistance with 1-meter impact protection.

Measuring just 14.35 cm long, 1.4 cm wide, and 0.7 cm thick, and weighing 32.3 grams, the Wedge SL combines durability with an exceptionally thin form factor. Available in Black, Coyote, and Silver finishes, it’s designed to fit seamlessly into any professional or personal toolkit.
