First Breach, Inc., a U.S.-based vertically integrated manufacturer of ammunition and components, has announced a joint venture with India’s ideaForge Technology Limited, ranked third globally among the world’s top dual-use drone manufacturers by Drone Industry Insights.

The new company, First Forge Technology Inc., will be based at First Breach’s Hagerstown, Maryland, facility, combining U.S. manufacturing strength with ideaForge’s expertise in advanced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology. The entity will license, design, engineer, manufacture, and distribute UAV systems for commercial, government, law enforcement, and military markets across the United States.

The partnership represents a major milestone for both firms, expanding First Breach’s portfolio beyond ammunition manufacturing and giving ideaForge a strategic foothold in the U.S. UAV sector.

The establishment of First Forge Technology Inc. is subject to the completion of all necessary regulatory approvals and clearances.
