Cybergun announces an exclusive distribution agreement between Verney-Carron and Rivolier

This exclusive distribution agreement on the French market between Verney-Carron and Rivolier concerns the entire range of hunting rifles and rifles manufactured and marketed by the company Verney-Carron and the sublethal Flash defense bullet launchers. For Verney-Carron, this major partnership will allow the company to generate growth in its turnover on the Hunting market in France, without additional investment, and to concentrate its commercial development efforts and the financing of its WCR. on the Security and Defense and export markets and to generate considerable leverage on the financial resources made available to it since its takeover by the Cybergun Group.

The terms of this historic agreement, the details of which remain confidential, provide for an ambitious development plan ranging from nearly 1 MEUR in turnover from 2023 to nearly 7 MEUR in 2026.
