Colt CZ Group has entered into an agreement with CBC (Europe) Srl to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Sellier & Bellot. 

The production portfolio of Sellier & Bellot includes a wide range of hunting and sporting ammunition or components for small arms. At the same time, it is a major supplier of ammunition to armed forces around the world. This acquisition will bring new opportunities to the Group through synergies in business, R&D and product portfolio.
